Mark Greenaway

If you think cooking is the new rock 'n' roll then here's a competition by Edinburgh chef/restaurateur Mark Greenaway that's designed to make amateur chefs 'top of the chocs'.
Mark Greenaway is known for his imaginative dessert creations and believes that the origins of a great dessert start in the imagination and then are worked out carefully using a variety of techniques, ingredients and flavours. Shortbread can be frozen, jelly can be a liquid, marshmallows can be crunchy.

I&G_HALF-CIRCLEScotland’s best-loved independent brewer, Innis & Gunn are excited to be partnering Mark Greenaway to support this new competition. Passionate about creative beer-making, Innis & Gunn are always on the hunt for deliciously unexpected flavour combinations.
The Mark Greenaway Award has been established to find Scotland's most innovative dessert from an amateur chef.
